Shipping & Returns

  • Standard delivery on all orders to the UK is £5.00 (Parcelforce 48hr).
  • Next day delivery is available at a cost of £10.00 (Parcelforce 24hr).
  • International Delivery is also available for £10.00 (Parcelforce International). 

 

If an order cannot be fulfilled in one package, for example, if some stock is not available at the time of ordering, then ZumatheDog.com may need to delay all the order, or send part of the order immediately and then send the other part of the order when stock becomes available. If this happens, you will be notified by email of the delay in order dispatch.

In the event of an order being sent from our warehhouse in more than one dispatch, there will be no additional delivery charge for the customer.

All orders received before 12pm will usually be packaged and posted the same day. ZumatheDog.com will strive to ship UK based orders within 48 hours of receipt of order.

 

Returns policy:

You will only be able to exercise this right if you able to return to us goods you ordered unworn, undamaged and with all original labels attached as originally supplied, returned to us within 14 working days from the date of your order.

Please leave a note attached to your package describing why you have returned it.

Please note, all international customers can return items using the Parcelforce returns policy. Please check your package upon arrival for details.

Refunds:
Please give us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we have received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account and you should be notified by email once the refund transaction has been completed. We will endeavour in all circumstances to refund your account within 24 hours of receipt of your returned goods.

Refund of delivery charges:
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty or damaged, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item.
